Dedicated fibre and Ethernet for business, and the full range of nbn® technologies for homes.
Capacity planning
We monitor utilisation and plan upgrades ahead of demand.
Monitoring
Network health is monitored so issues can be identified early.

Technology
Connection technologies we support
- Fibre to the Premises (FTTP)
- Fibre runs all the way to your home or business — the most capable connection type and the one that supports the fastest tiers.
- Fibre to the Curb (FTTC)
- Fibre runs to a pit near your property, then existing copper covers the last short stretch.
- Fibre to the Node (FTTN)
- Fibre runs to a street cabinet (node); copper completes the connection. Speeds depend on the copper distance.
- Fibre to the Building (FTTB)
- Used in apartment buildings: fibre reaches the building’s comms room, with existing wiring to each unit.
- Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC)
- Uses the coaxial cable network (the kind once used for pay TV) connected to fibre.
- Fixed Wireless
- A rooftop antenna connects to a nearby tower — common in regional areas.
- Satellite
- Satellite service for remote locations where fixed connections are not available.
