FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do business plans include a static IP?

Yes. All our business nbn® plans include a static IP address, which is useful for remote access, hosting, security cameras and VPNs.

What is the difference between Business nbn® and Business Fibre?

Business nbn® plans share capacity on the nbn® network and suit most small and medium businesses. Business Fibre is a dedicated, symmetrical connection with uncontended bandwidth and service-level options, designed for organisations where connectivity is mission-critical.

Can you connect multiple sites?

Yes. We design multi-site networks using business nbn®, dedicated fibre, Enterprise Ethernet and SD-WAN. Request a quote and our solutions team will map out the options for your locations.

Do you offer service level agreements?

Service level options are available on our dedicated fibre and enterprise services. The specific commitments are set out in your business agreement.
