Your setup guide shows which port to use for your connection type. In most homes it takes less than 15 minutes.
- Find your connection point — usually an nbn® connection box on a wall, or a wall socket for FTTN/FTTB.
- Connect the modem using the cable supplied: WAN port to the connection box for FTTP and HFC, or DSL port to the wall socket for FTTN, FTTB and FTTC.
- Plug in the power and switch the modem on.
- Wait up to 10 minutes for the internet light to turn solid.
- Join your Wi-Fi using the network name and password on the modem’s label.
If the internet light does not come on after 15 minutes, restart the modem once and check every cable is pushed in firmly. Still stuck? Submit a support request and we will help.
