How long does it take to connect?

Do I need a technician?
Not always. If your premises already has a working connection box, it is often plug-and-play. If a technician visit is needed, we will arrange it with you and explain any charges before you agree.
What do I need to do on connection day?
Plug your modem into the connection point as shown in your setup guide, power it on and wait for the internet light. If a technician is booked, an adult needs to be home to give them access.
